Platform role

Rent Management BD provides software for listings, tenancy administration, manual payment evidence and communication. It is not a bank, payment gateway, court, government identity service or real-estate guarantor.

Manual payments

Residents send money outside the platform. A transaction claim becomes an internal payment record only after the landlord checks the receiving account and approves it. Never share a PIN, OTP or banking password.

Accurate information

Users must provide lawful, accurate information and may not impersonate another person, publish a fake property, submit false payment evidence or misuse private documents.

Beta availability

Features may change, pause or contain defects. Keep independent copies of legally important agreements, receipts and evidence.

Suspension

Accounts or listings may be restricted for confirmed fraud, serious safety risks, unlawful activity or repeated abuse, with an appropriate review process.
